In this session, participants will explore observation trends in math classrooms through the lens of five key instructional levers for leaders: Structures for Learning, Aligned Content, Direct Instruction, Student Practice, and Assessment/Differentiation. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of key "Look Fors" in math instruction and strategies for setting targeted coaching goals at the teacher, grade level, and school level to drive meaningful change.
