In this session, participants will explore observation trends in science classrooms through the lens of five key instructional levers for leaders: Structures for Learning, Aligned Content, Direct Instruction, Student Practice, and Assessment/Differentiation. Attendees will examine how these impact areas shape student learning and engagement while learning innovative strategies to enhance student discourse and shift the cognitive lift from teacher to student.
