Mrs. Gray serves as the CTE Design Specialist for Virtual Arkansas, where she also manages online Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum creation projects. Prior to this role, she taught the three concurrent credit and CTE credit Pre-Educator courses for Virtual Arkansas (2022–2024) and spent 14 years teaching Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) at Pottsville High School, her alma mater. Mrs. Gray holds a bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education and a master’s degree in Career and Technical Education from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She also earned a second master’s degree in School Counseling and Leadership from Arkansas Tech University and is a licensed school counselor. With 30 years of experience in education, Mrs. Gray has taught a wide range of FCS courses for grades 7–12 as well as middle-level mathematics.
