About me
Courtney Erick is a registered dietitian with a master's degree from Iowa State University. She is Passionate about promoting healthy eating habits. Courtney combines her academic background with practical experience as a ServSafe Instructor and Proctor and a certified Child Nutrition Director to help train and provide support for Area Specialist and school district staff across the state. In her free time Courtney loves exploring the outdoors with her family and dogs.
