ADE Summit 2025

Jason is an Arkansas native. He has completed trainings in various areas of school safety, including Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), School Safety Coordinator (Basic and Advanced), School Site Assessment and Audit, Developing Emergency Plan Basic and Best Practices, and NOVA Community Crisis Response Team (Basic and Advanced). Prior to joining the Safe Schools Unit, Jason worked as a Facilities Project Manager for ADE DPSAFT, reviewing and inspecting construction projects for over forty-five school districts. Before his role with ADE, he was employed with the City of Cabot as a licensed electrical, plumbing, and HVAC building inspector. In addition to his work in school safety, Jason is an adjunct professor and a member of Alpha Chi, a collegiate honor society.
