About me
Katie Chacon obtained a bachelors degree from Hendrix College in Environmental Studies, a masters degree in Middle Childhood Education from the University of Arkansas Little Rock, and an Education Specialist degree from Arkansas State University. She taught middle school science for 10 years before becoming a science instructional facilitator. Her most recent position is at the Department of Education proudly serving as the science program manager for the State of Arkansas. She enjoys nature, spending time at the lake with her husband and son, and crocheting amigurami in her free time.
