About me
A native of Little Rock, Kisa Morman is a dedicated K-12 Math Public School Program Manager with 24 years of experience in education. Her vision is to elevate math by ensuring students master numeracy skills, experience effective interventions, and foster STEM innovation through problem-solving. Her heart and mind are connected to empowering ALL students to build confidence in math. Throughout her career, Kisa Morman has overseen the revision of Arkansas Math Standards, promoted Math Pathways, and assisted in creating a K - Geometry Arkansas State Math Assessment (ATLAS) system. With nine years as a high school math teacher, seven years as a junior high instructional facilitator, three years as a district math instructional facilitator, and two years as a state math facilitator, she has a wealth of experience. In the role of district instructional lead, Kisa was successful in implementing High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) at the secondary level. She continues to inspire and support teachers and students with a deep belief in the potential of every learner.
