Rainbow Bagsby is the UX Design Specialist at Virtual Arkansas (VA) with 12 years of experience in online education. At Virtual Arkansas, Rainbow has designed and developed numerous courses and project managed the creation of the Department of Career and Technical Education’s Blended Learning Project and She has a Master of Arts in Spanish and a second in Teaching, a Post Master’s Certificate in Multimedia Design and Development, and is wrapping up a Ph.D. in Change Leadership with a K-12 Educational Leadership focus. Rainbow is the Executive Director of the Arkansas Instructional Innovation Association and a Quality Matters Master Reviewer. She has served as an instructor, project manager, digital learning coordinator, virtual instruction coordinator, and a UX Design Specialist.
