Given recent legislative changes, the CLT for grades 11+12 is now eligible for admissions to Arkansas public universities and publicly funded scholarships. Furthermore, SB183 (now ACT 724) means that Arkansas public school students in 9th-10th grade can now choose to use the CLT10, and 11th-12th graders can choose to use the CLT, both at state cost.
