SPONSORED ROUNDTABLE: Outcomes-Based Contracting and High-Impact Tutoring
Monday July 14, 2025 6:30pm - 7:30pm CDT
Air Tutors pioneered the nation’s first online high-dosage tutoring program and was the first company to collaborate with Harvard University on outcome-based contracts (OBCs) in 2019, which is now housed at the Southern Education Foundation. Over the past six years, we’ve partnered with districts nationwide to design and implement OBCs—consistently surpassing rigorous performance targets.

In this roundtable, we’ll share key insights on the personnel districts need in place to ensure not only the success of outcome-based contracts but also the effectiveness of high-impact tutoring. We’ll also explore the advantages and challenges of OBCs and provide actionable strategies for making your outcomes-based contract a success.
