ADE Summit 2025

In this session, participants will explore observation trends in math classrooms through the lens of five key instructional levers for leaders: Structures for Learning, Aligned Content, Direct Instruction, Student Practice, and Assessment/Differentiation. Participants will walk away with a deeper understanding of key "Look Fors" in math instruction and strategies for setting targeted coaching goals at the teacher, grade level, and school level to drive meaningful change.

In this session, participants will explore the importance of targeted, small-group math interventions and learn how to design and implement interventions that address student learning gaps. Through discussion and practical strategies, participants will focus on differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs, ensuring that all students receive the support necessary for success in math.
